It’s the end of May and the weather’s getting warmer 😉

We’ve also been updating our website including more information on all the features available within Okappy. If you’re looking for a particular feature and are not sure whether it’s available – our Features and benefits page is good first port of call.
Aside from all the development, we also managed to attend the Facilities Management show and the Fire and Security Show at Excel in London. It was nice to meet some of our customers and see what is new in the world of field service management.

Useful New Features
Deleting attachments
We’ve improved how deleting attachments works from within the job. We’ve also been improving labels, making functions easier to find and improving the sort order of your connections in various locations.
Archive and un-archive invoices
It’s now even easier to archive invoices in bulk.
Like jobs, it’s worth keeping on top of your invoices so you can focus on what is new and outstanding and keep performance optimised.
You can now also un-archive invoices from the global search.
Performance and security
We continue to work on the performance and security of the system. We’ve strengthened our password rules and reduced the risk of slowdown when lots of people log into the system at the same time.
Don’t forget, see all the latest web updates by clicking your Profile icon at the top right of the screen and then selecting Latest updates. iOS and Android updates are available from the Okappy icon, then select More.
