How to cancel your Okappy account
If your circumstances have changed and you find that you need to cancel your Okappy account, we’re here to assist you through the process. Before taking any steps, it’s crucial to ensure that you’ve downloaded all your essential data and met the 14-day notice requirement for cancelling any active direct debits.
This article will guide you through each step of cancelling your account on an iOS, Android or Desktop device.
Pre-requisites – Download your data
Before cancelling your account, make sure you’ve downloaded all the data you need. This can be done using the reports functionality. See our reports support article for more information.
You will also need to let any connections in your network know that you are no longer taking or sending jobs via Okappy or sending or receiving invoices.
