what would be the cost of a plan which would be able to cover an office of 15 and 100+ sub contracted engineers ?

With Okappy's unique market network, you can connect to your employees, customers and subcontractors. There's no cost to invite your customers or subcontractors on to Okappy. So in your case, you'd only be paying for the 15 office staff, but also managing your team of 150+ subcontracted engineers.
