Adding a new employee

Hi,

I am trying to add a new employee, however when I add his email address the system says he already exists and asks if I want to connect to the existing object. When I click to connect it brings up a "Do Not Use" account with a dummy email address. I need to add this user as an employee with their email address so they can log into the system and receive jobs.

I have a feeling this particular employee may have set up a demo account when we first started using the system so they could take a look, and it's from this that the problem has arisen. They no longer use the system.

Is there some way you can help? This user's email address is established so we can't easily change it without a significant impact.

If the email has already been used, you can either connect to that person as a subcontractor or they can request their account be closed and then be moved on to your account.
