hi i have a customer who is saying they cant open their link as firewall is blocking it and if i save it as a PDF to send its too big a file for them to recieve even without the videos and pictures attached.

If you get your customer to ""whitelist"" okappy.com then that should allow them to see your job sheets.

You can reduce the size of the pdf depending on what Pdf software you use, or by removing or compressing any images that are attached to the job.

Unfortunately emails are inherently unreliable with no guarentee that you email will be received, never mind read. This is one of the reasons why we developed the ""market network"" appraoach.
