When engineer goes back into the job information disappears

Hello When I put the credit card details in on a payment from an engineer it isnt holding the information when the engineer then goes back into the job it disappears and I have re type this information out. Can you look into this glitch please. Thanks

Please can you provide more details, ie.., an example job, the information you're trying too add and into which fields. Ideally if you could take a screenshot of the whole screen and send that, that would help.

One thing to note, if you update the job while the engineer still has the original version of the job, either because he's got it open or because his phone hasn't managed to download you're latest update. If he then updates the job that will overwrite your changes
