Hi When we go to edit a job sheet ready for invoicing it re-opens the job therefore needs closed down again

When you edit the work done on a completed job, there's a checkbox which says Retain existing job status.
If you ensure that is clicked before clicking the Update job button, then you're changes will be saved without the job being re-opened.
