notes are not showing up for subcontractors

Hi
Notes are private to your company. If you've assigned the job to a subcontractor then they wouldn't be able to see the notes you've added. If you did want them to see notes, you could add an extra field to the job template and call it notes. Anything you wrote in there would be available to them.
