How do I change an Invoice date?

How do I change an Invoice date?
For example today is 4 November. I have a job completed on the 31 October and I want the Invoice to say 31 October not 4 November?

Hi Jeff

You can set the tax date on the invoice when you are first raising your invoice (see screenshot below)
