Are you logging on via the web or the dedicated iPad app.
The iPad app will store information locally in order that it can work when no signal. Once you complete your jobs they drop off the app so there shouldn't be that many jobs stored. If you do have a lot of jobs open then it's best to archive them off which you can do in bulk from the web.
You can also reset the iPad app if you want to remove all the old data or reset it to fresh. More information is available on our help and support site at Resetting the mobile app
