I am trying to reset a password for a subcontractor but it isn't coming through to his email. He is sat here with me and i need to get him set up whilst he is here as he has made a special trip in to see me for this. Many thanks.

Yes I can see an email has been sent. We’ve not received any response back from Gmail so most likely that its in one of his gmail filters, probably junk or spam.
