Laser tag operator

We are a laser tag operator... we have 4 laser tag sites. Managers at each site would need to be able to add/view jobs, but one handyman actually carries out the work. So in effect each site would kind of be a ""customer"" but in fact we're all the same company and just want to set this up to be able to track our handyman's work/job process

Yes you could set each site up as a customer and the manager there could add and view jobs. You could then assign them to your handyman to complete. That would save you time adding your jobs and give your customers more effective visibility over what is happening
