Need PDF size smaller or convert report into word document

Need PDF size smaller or convert report into word document as unable upload to our customers portals or even email as too large.
Need as many photos as possible for clients so unable to take less photos.
Also on mobile app is it possible to select a number of photos from their photo gallery and upload rather than one at a time?

You can change the size of the images which get uploaded by clicking the Okappy icon from within the app, then

click More
Job settings
Check or uncheck the option to Save images in high resolution (see screenshot below)

With regards to uploading multiple images. Unfortunately this is not available within iOS. However, what you can do on iOS is to open the mobile version of the Okappy website from your browser. click the Okappy icon again from within the job and select Add document

You can then navigate to the images you want to upload and select multiple images.

You can add multiple images from the Android app by clicking the Okappy icon and then Add document.
