Firstly, we are a small business with one ""handyman"" and 4 locations/venues. In terms of a monthly subscription, would we need just one subscription for the handyman and then each of the venues (or ""customers"") could use the dashboard to add jobs?

You can inveite your customers onto the platform at no cost. However, we find that companies who get the most benefit of workforce management are those with 5 or more employees.
