It's up to you whether you want to create a new job for each day. It's easy to do by copying the job and you can also link the jobs together so you can quickly see what is what.
Alternatively, you could add tasks to a job so you only have one job on the dashboard but you can drill down into each days job.
Or you could leave the job open, update the work done checksheet each day and then complete the job a the end of the week once done.
Different companies do it different ways, whatever works best for you.
