New job template fields not picking up on desktop

Hi Lauren

can you alter the system so that when we add jobs from the desk top that the form we complete asks for phone numbers, email addresses and names. i just raised one using our special works form and it did not ask these questions. it does however ask for them on the mobile when creating a new job when using service report1. can you check it asks for these contact details on all types of jobs. thanks Ian

On the desktop, you'll need to change the job template to something else and then change it back again in order for your job template changes to pick up.
