Hi

We are experiencing difficulties when attaching documents to jobs in Okappy

For two jobs, the document attached successfully message is shown at the top of the screen but the document will not open from the job sheet, an access denied message is displayed.  It is an xcell spreadsheet but I have attached as a pdf aswell with the same access denied message

For another job as well, the document attached successfully message is shown at the top of the screen but the document does not attach to the job sheet

Please could you take a look and advise of the issues

Hi Heather

It’s because of the filename, windows computers don’t like special characters like ‘  in the filename.

If you delete the files you’ve attached, then change the name of the documents to something like DocumentName.pdf or DocumentName.xlsx then re-upload. You should be able to see them fine then.
