If that doesn't work you could try a different browser such as firefox.
If you're still having problems please send us the diagnostics from clicking on the profile icon on the top right in okappy, then choosing 'Your profile' then 'Diagnostic info'.
A dialog box will open containing information we can use to investigate your case.
You can then either:
- open a new case by clicking on 'Send message'
- reopen this case by copying the contents of the info box (click inside the box and use ctrl-A to select all first, as the contents are larger than is visible) and pasting the results in a reply to this email.
