Cancellation query

Yesterday we had to cancel several jobs that we had already assigned to our subcontractors. We have had several subcontractors contacting us today saying that the job is still showing live on their app and not showing as cancelled.

Is there something we are not doing in order for the job to be removed from the subcontractor’s app?

Hi, I believe your updating one of the columns in your job with the text Cancelled and then archiving the job.

If you mark the job as cancelled in the cancelled column the subcontractor will see that. However if you then archive the job it won't archive off the subcontractors screen automatically. They will need to archive it themselves as well.

If you reassign the job to someone else or put it as not assigned before archiving it, then the subcontractor will get a push notification and it will be removed from their screen.
