Cancelled and rebooked jobs

I'm not sure if any of your other customers have issues with cancellations that say they are going to re-book, but if they do I know deleting work only to have to add them again a few days later can be frustrating especially when time is an issue.

What they often do is add another column to their jobs dashboard called something like Cancelled. You could then type ‘Awaiting confirmation’ or even just ‘AwaitConfirm’ in that column.Then you could sort on that column or type confirm in the filter to see all the jobs which are awaiting confirmation.To add a column,
- click on Settings at the top left of the jobs screen
- Click Change page layout
- Scroll down to the bottom and check a spare column and call it Cancelled
