Cannot assign jobs to a new subcontractor

You can’t add jobs for subcontractors until they’ve authorised your invitation. You can see whether they’ve authorised your invitation by clicking connections ( 
) view connections and then choosing subcontractors. Any that haven’t accepted the request will be highlighted as not connected with an option to re-send the invitation.
Your subcontractors can authorise your invitation by logging on to Okappy using the link in the invite. They’ll see an alert saying that there are connections pending. They can either click the link on the alert or go to the connections screen and select customers. They should see the authorise button which they can click.
Once they’ve done that you’ll be able to assign jobs to them.
