Cannot connect to customer

I have a customer Mark I can't create a connection with him it says his email is being used already. thanks

Hi Kevin

If the email is already on Okappy, if you click view and connect that will allow you to add Mark as a customer

Select the relevant connection

Okappy connections screen

Choose whether you want to add the connection as a customer or subcontractor.

You can also include a message so they know why you want to connect

If you are connecting to a customer, you can still add jobs on their behalf without them having to accept the connection. If you are connecting to a subcontractor, they have to accept your invitation before you can assign jobs to them.
