Cannot open invoice

Hi Support

This connection is saying they cannot open the invoices we are attaching when sending the report is there any known reason for this?

Hi Mandy

If you're sending an invoice by email from Okappy, and your connections cannot view the invoice. It's most likely because their corporate system has a block on opening links or emails.  They'll need to add okappy.com to their whitelist.
