Cannot see exported invoice in Xero

Invoice XXXX has not gone into Xero can you see why please?

We received confirmation back from Xero that the invoice was processed ok with id xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx

You could try clicking on the link to view the invoice in Xero, that should either take you direct to the invoice within Xero or cause Xero to show an error.  Failing that if you provide them with the invoice id above, they can investigate further.
