Customer has clicked the pay invoice button

Hi

One of my customers has called in to say they paid my invoice by clicking the pay invoice button on the invoice I sent them from Okappy.

What happens to that payment?

Hi Malcolm

The payment will be processed and credited to your designated bank account once the funds have cleared.   You can see the payment has been made and the date when it was paid from the paid column on the invoices screen.

You can also receive an email notification advising of the payment by

  1. clicking on your Profile icon towards the top right of the screen,
  2. choosing System settings, and then
  3. choosing Notification settings from within Your settings.
