You can only delete job from the web. If you're using the app on iPad or tablet, if you click on the 'appy' icon top left, there's an option to View on Safari or Google. This will take you straight to the desktop view. You can the delete the job from the web. Simply click on the 3 dots next to the job ID, then Delete job (the last option).
