we are looking to grow our company and we need to start tracking all details of our leads, conversion rate, quote value, customer repeat business, location of work, staff productivity etc

Yes we have customers using Okappy to manage leads and with our google sheet integration you can easily create dashboards to show things like conversion rates, quote value, customer repeat business, location of work, staff productivity etc.
