Difficuty accessing Okappy website, receiving 503 service unavailable notice

Hello A user is having difficuty accessing the Okappy website on his laptop he is receiving 503 service unavailable notice. Is there an issue with your website at the moment? Thank you

No, there's no known issues at the moment. The live up to date status of all Okappy systems is available at https://status.okappy.com

Please can you provide the following details and we'll investigate further

Their username
The url of the page where they are seeing the error
the id shown on the page
