Email already used

Hi! Myself and my manager have registered for a free trial and we have paid to start using the software with my email address. Now I am trying to add his as an employee but it says that his email has already been used. Can you help please, thank you

Hi

The email will already have been used if you have created an account previously with that email.  You can either connect to that account as a subcontractor or request the account is closed and the employee moved over to your account.
