Employee leave and new start

I have had an employee leave and a new one start so I want to swap the account from one to other. How do I do that?

To swap the account, you can either delete the exiting employee and then add a new employee from the connections icon towards the top right of the screen.

Any jobs which were for the deleted employee will show as unassigned.

Alternatively, you can simply change the details of the old employee to the new employee from the connections screen.
