I've logged in using his email and can confirm that i can see the jobs correctly. I've also checked the login attempts report on your account and cannot see him trying to log in with this email. Please can you confirm the following:
- The version of the app that they are using (From within the app, click the Okappy icon, More and then scroll down to help and support)
- That they have good internet connection by checking they can view another website such as https://bbc.co.uk
- The email that they are using to log in
If he is in the app, a couple of things they could try
Force close the app and then start it again which will make it re-login
Reset the app (from within the app, click the Okappy icon, More and then reset app)
