Good morning

I really like the extended report functions you have now made available and I’m finding them very useful.  Just a couple of small things.  When the time goes in on our departure time field it seems to put in a leading space which can mess up simple formula.  I can put a Trim function in but it would be handy if the space wasn’t there in the first place.  Also (and this may be our guys error) sometimes the times go in with comma’s or semi-colon separators which means I have to go in and correct each errant cell before any time calculation formula’s work.  Is it possible to make a colon the default.

I can see what you mean with the extra leading space on certain departure times. It seems to be being added by Excel rather than anything we're sending but we're not sure why that would be, We'll keep looking for the cause but yes its probably going to be quicker to use the trim formula.

With regards to the semi colon, the field is a text field which could be used for lots of different things so its not easy for us to add a default.  Best would be to use the substitute formula to replace any semi colons your guys have added with colons.
