First page blank on invoice

Hi, when I try and print one of our invoices, the first page is blank. please advise?

Hi Jackie,

If the invoice has a very long line description in one of the line items. Then, depending on your computer and printer settings it will try and set up the page breaks to keep all this description together.  This often results in a new page being created.

You will either need to reduce the description, split it over two lines or change your printer settings.
