heic format images

Can you look at the photos on a couple of jobs. How do I change these from the format heic to jpeg?

Hi Mandy

You could use something like this - https://heictojpg.com

If you're using a mac though, you should just be able to click on the image attached to the job to open it without converting it.

I need to covert the photos as our customer cannot see them in the heic format.

In that case, click on the image to download it to your mac. Once the file has downloaded, click on it to open it in Preview.

Then if you click File > Export, you have the option to change the format. If you change it to JPEG or PNG and click Save, they should be able to see it.
