Hi
I've checked your settings and can see that you're using Xero but you're access to Xero has expired.
Please refresh the connection by going to the invoices screen and
- Clicking Invoice options towards the top right of the screen
- Selecting Account settings
- Click Disconnect Xero
- Click Invoice Options again and Account Settings
- If the Connect Xero button is showing click it, otherwise
- click Update defaults
- Click Invoice Options and Account Settings again
- Click Connect Xero
Once connected, you will see your Xero items when raising an invoice. The description will then get pulled through into the invoice with the relevant invoice item.
