inspectors not accepting invite

Hi there I am having some issues with the app in terms of not being able to assign our inspectors jobs due to them not ‘accepting invitation’. When we have had this issue before we have solved it by telling people to check their messages to accept the invitation. However I have recently come across someone who cannot accept our invitation due to receiving no messages so I am still unable to assign them jobs which is a bit of a problem. I have also tried resending the invitation which also hasn’t worked. I hope you can help me or let me know a way of not having to use the accept invitation bit so that I can start assigning jobs to more people. Thank you very much.

If they haven't received the message, this is normally because it has gone to their spam or junk folder or because their mailbox is full.

In the first instance if you get them to check their spam folders and whitelist okappy.com if they can.

Failing that, they can login with their email and authorise your connection from within the app.

If they don't know the password they can follow the prompt to reset the password (although again they would need to receive the reset email password).

Once logged in, they can authorise your invite from the connections screen..
