If they haven't received the message, this is normally because it has gone to their spam or junk folder or because their mailbox is full.
In the first instance if you get them to check their spam folders and whitelist okappy.com if they can.
Failing that, they can login with their email and authorise your connection from within the app.
If they don't know the password they can follow the prompt to reset the password (although again they would need to receive the reset email password).
