Is there a way to turn off access to invoices?

Is there a way of having a Okappy with a log in for one of my engineers but they cannot see the invoices ?
My self and Jackie are away on holiday and we want Leon to be able to log in and add jobs and do reports
Eventually we want him to have full access to invoices,

Yes, you can change what screens each engineer sees from connections > employees.

If you untick invoices then he won’t be able to see that screen when he logs in on the web. He will still be able to see invoice reports though in the reports screen if that is still enabled.
