Jobs not updating in office

I rang the ACO to see if had attended job as showing not even on site. He had been and according to his app the warrant was all completed his end? Closed Okappy refreshed . logged back in but still showing same status?? He also said the app pinged him twice to say there were 3 jobs pending but after following instructions nothing there?

Not sure why not updating our end- if could help please

If he received an alert saying there was 3 jobs pending, this is because he's closed the app before it's had a chance to upload the jobs.

If he could check he has a good signal and then open the app and keep it open for a few minutes while the jobs update, y0u should be able to see the updates in the office.
