Managing sales enquiries through Okappy

Hi Joe, I dont know if you can help with this but is there any way of managing my sales eqnuiies through okappy, this would make good sense for me as when eqnquiries turn into customers there details will be on the system and easily move to the job sheet stage

Yes we have lots of customers who manage sales enquires through Okappy. They typically set up enquiry or lead templates which there sales people fill out. Then once that convert into a job, it can either be copied or changed so the details are already there for your engineers.
