Mandatory payments

How can i ensure that my engineers take payments for a job when they are on site?

You can configure your job templates with the option to make taking payments mandatory.

Go to your job template in the template builder, then

Click Options towards the top right of the screen
Select Job options
Check the Payment is required box
Click the Update job options button, then
Save the template

Any new jobs created with that template will require a payment to be taken before the job is completed.

Note: As an administrator, you can override this setting and complete the job on the desktop.
