New customer details are not coming up

Hi,

When I add a job for a new customer and click use customer details. These are not the details I put in for new customer in connections, it seems to be picking up my details. Could you please look into this for me.

Hi Lynn

I've just tried adding a job for that customer on your account. It seems to be picking up the correct details when I choose ok.

In the first instance i’d refresh you browser and see if its ok then - more information on how to do that is available here

Failing that, i’d check your browsers auto-fill settings. More information is available on our forum here
