Notes on job sheets

Hi Gerry

How are you? Hope you and family are well.

I have Three questions please

1; Are the notes on the job sheets available for customers to view as well ? (I thought it was just for us in the office)

2; If so how do I delete them please ?

3 Can the note on a Job sheet be deleted please?

Hi Nicola

The notes are internal to you.

If you still want to delete a note, you can delete it from within Okappy on the web by

Clicking Reports (1)
Clicking Other (2)
Clicking Notes for connection (3)
Selecting the date range and customer
Click Generate report (4) to get the notes for that customer
Then click the cross to the right of the screen to delete
