Yes it is possible, lots of our customers do that.
You can use the 'jobs all' report which shows you the date the job was initially marked as on site and the date the job was completed. This can be downloaded to Excel or Google Sheets where you can then easily calculate the difference between the two times.
If the onsite and completed times don't work for you, then the next option would be to add a field to your job templates. That could be as simple as an 'hours worked' field which your guys could update. Depending on where you put the field, it would show up in the same report or in the checksheets report.
