Only show information to office staff

Can I have work information which can only be viewed in the office, not by my engineers

Hi Jackie

Yes, you can have fields which are displayed on your job dashboard, but not on your job templates.  You can view and edit the information but it will only show on the job dashboard, not within the job, and therefore not on the engineers phones.
