What some customers do as a way to manage how they assign jobs to employees is create a new user for each employee i.e., Unassigned _James. Then they assign the job to Unassigned_James initially and then re-assign it to James when they are ready. In this way they can easily see who the job is assigned to without the employee being able to see it initially.
