Is it possible to make images mandatory
Quote from Guest on 2 October 2020, 12:00 amIs it possible to make images mandatory?
2. Once updated job as on site the user will begin entering job details. If the user is not yet finished with the job, is there a way to revert back and take user off-site and want to save info entered for later?
Other questions relating to Quotes – these will be used for the employees to create quotes for customers on site and send to Admin (Jay) for processing.
1.If user John creates quote on site and then sends ‘assigns’ to Jay , how can John then add images or edit the job details etc without the job being assigned to himself (as its now assigned to Admin for processing)? Should a Quote be assigned to the ‘public’ user that shows on desktop? The problem then becomes that ‘public’ user does not show as an option to ‘assign a job’ on the app for a standard user (John).
2.On app and desktop – for Quote template, once the job has been created, can we change the ‘Work Done’ checkheet section heading to ‘Work Requested’ on the template as it is a quote and the work will not have been done yet ?
This area is where I have put fields that aren’t visible for the customer printout such as Labour, Materials, etc estimations. (I also tried adding these fields to Pre-check section of the template instead but then the title in the app is ‘Risk Assessment’ which is confusing too. Is it possible to change these Section Heading Titles?
Thank you!

You can't make images mandatory, but what you can do is have a checkbox in the job where you're engineer has to confirm that he has attached images to the job.
Once a job is marked as on site, you can't put the status back to no status. You would need to close the job and create a new one. You can do that easily by copying the job.
If John is a standard user, you would need to assign the job to him. He can then add images to the job. An admin user can view any of the jobs so it doesn't necessarily need to be assigned to them. However, once John has added his images, Admin can reassign the job.
The titles in the checksheet are driven by the specific job template. You can change that however you need it from Job options > Job sheet templates.
See Creating custom job templates for more information.
Thanks
