Hi Marimar
How the page prints is down to the browser. Depending on the browser it will try and avoid page breaks within sections of the invoice. If the details section is long, then it will put that on its own page which is why you see the large gap between the header and the invoice details.
You could try different browsers ie Firefox or ensure that you have the latest version of Chrome.
Otherwise you would need to reduce the height of the text in the invoice details either by reducing the number of lines or by reducing the spacing between lines - using a line break (shift enter) rather than a paragraph (enter). See screenshots.
1) An example of an invoice with a lot of text in the description
2) Print preview with Safari, putting the invoice details in its own page
3) Reducing the height of the text in the invoice details section (by removing lines, combining paragraphs or reducing the spacing between lines)
4) The resultant print preview with the header and invoice details on the same page
Hope that helps
Thanks
Lauren
