I wonder if you could help with some issues we are experiencing with the radar?

Throughout the day we will get start tracking/stop tracking/location update/no location

Could you clarify the meaning of each and why this would happen?

Hi Heather

Start tracking is shown when the device first starts sending its location. This could be because the app has been force closed (either manually or by the operating system) or because tracking was off (the Okappy icon was grey) and it has been switched on from within the app

Stop tracking is when the app has stopped tracking when either the app is force closed or tracking has been switched off from within the app

Location updates are sent periodically depending on the app setting. To view the tracking settings, click the Okappy icon > More > tracking settings

No location is when the phone cannot work out its location. This could be for a number of reasons including, but not limited to poor signal, in an area with no visibility of the sky (cannot work out location from gps satellites), battery saving mode, airplane mode etc.
