I need to re assign the jobs which have come through to me

To reassign a job, simply hover over your name on the job in the web dashboard. You'll see a pencil icon which if you click opens the re-assign window. You can then re-assign the job.
You can also do this by clicking the three dots next to the relevant job and then clicking the re-assign job link
