Recurring jobs

Hi Joe.
When we set up a custom reoccurring job is there a function to auto generate the job every 6 months without entering number of jobs as this puts lots of jobs onto the system.
Thanks
Luke

Hi Luke
Further to your chat message yesterday, yes you can add a job every 6 months. Simply click More options when adding your job from the web dashboard. Then choose the custom option.
You can add the job every 6 months for as long as you like (see screenshot)
Thanks
Lauren

Hi Lauren.
Thanks for the reply.
Yes we have done this but it clutters up the job list screen with lotsts of futre jobs.
we have contracted jobs that are serviced every 6 months. Can we create a job, complete it then 6 months later it automatically generates a new one without sitting in the
jobs window for 6 months.
Regards
Luke

Hi Luke
There isn’t a way to create the jobs automatically once the last one is created. But you can copy the jobs very easily so once the job is completed, it’s a couple of clicks to create the next one with the same details.
Alternatively, there’s various filters so you can just look at the jobs for this week or this month etc.
Thanks
Lauren
